Quand celles-ci remontent apr\u00e8s l\u2019hiver, le corps doit progressivement s\u2019y habituer et r\u00e9agit par une dilatation des vaisseaux sanguins et une diminution de la pression art\u00e9rielle. Le taux de m\u00e9latonine joue lui aussi un r\u00f4le: apr\u00e8s les mois d\u2019hiver, la concentration de celle que l\u2019on appelle \u00abl\u2019hormone du sommeil\u00bb est particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans le sang. La fatigue printani\u00e8re survient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement lorsqu\u2019il a fait chaud pendant quelques jours. Si plusieurs p\u00e9riodes de chaleur et de froid se succ\u00e8dent, la fatigue peut aussi se manifester plusieurs fois.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es sont les plus nombreuses \u00e0 se plaindre du changement de temp\u00e9ratures et de la fatigue printani\u00e8re. La raison en est, qu\u2019avec l\u2019\u00e2ge, l\u2019organisme ne s\u2019adapte plus aussi rapidement aux changements de temps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici donc sept astuces simples pour lutter contre la fatigue printani\u00e8re:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faire le plein de lumi\u00e8re naturelle<br\/>La meilleure fa\u00e7on d\u2019habituer son corps au printemps est de sortir et de faire le plein de soleil. Cela permet \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de s\u2019habituer plus rapidement \u00e0 la saison chaude. <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beaucoup bouger<br\/>Les promenades au grand air sont un baume pour le corps et l\u2019esprit. L\u2019exercice physique est bon pour la tension art\u00e9rielle et met globalement en forme. L\u2019id\u00e9al est de consacrer 15 \u00e0 30 minutes par jour \u00e0 faire de l&rsquo;exercice.  <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sport <br\/>Il n\u2019est jamais trop tard pour se mettre un peu au sport. Cependant, pour toute activit\u00e9 sportive, il est essentiel d\u2019\u00e9couter son corps. Les exercices ne doivent pas \u00eatre douloureux. Il est par exemple recommand\u00e9 de commencer la journ\u00e9e par des exercices l\u00e9gers d\u00e8s le r\u00e9veil. Cela stimule la circulation et r\u00e9veille l\u2019organisme.    <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Douches altern\u00e9es<br\/>Prendre une douche \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature altern\u00e9e le matin ou simplement se mouiller les bras et la nuque en alternant le froid et le chaud de temps en temps permet de stimuler la circulation.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beaucoup boire<br\/>La fatigue r\u00e9sulte aussi souvent d\u2019une hydratation insuffisante. On oublie souvent de boire, surtout avec l\u2019\u00e2ge. Le mieux est de se pr\u00e9parer une grande carafe d\u2019eau ou de th\u00e9 d\u00e8s le matin et de se servir un verre de temps en temps au cours de la journ\u00e9e, de sorte que la carafe soit vide le soir.  <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<br\/>Au printemps, le corps a de nouveau besoin d\u2019une alimentation riche en vitamines. C\u2019est le moment d\u2019arr\u00eater les repas lourds et copieux et de consommer plut\u00f4t de petites portions et des aliments l\u00e9gers. L\u2019organisme est ainsi moins sollicit\u00e9 et moins fatigu\u00e9.  <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9corer et fl\u00e2ner<br\/>Quand le printemps arrive, les amateurs de jardinage ont envie de pr\u00e9parer leur jardin ou leur balcon pour la nouvelle saison. Mais pourquoi ne pas en profiter pour d\u00e9corer \u00e9galement son domicile de fa\u00e7on printani\u00e8re. Fl\u00e2ner dans les jardineries ne permet pas seulement de trouver de nouvelles id\u00e9es, mais aussi d\u2019oublier que l\u2019on se sent fatigu\u00e9.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fatigue printani\u00e8re dure typiquement de quelques jours \u00e0 quatre semaines.
