August 2025<\/p><h1 class=\"mt-post-cover__title\">Bien s\u2019alimenter \u00e0 un \u00e2ge avanc\u00e9<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-dovida-post-content mt-post-content\"><div class=\"mt-post-content__inner\"><div class=\"mt-post-content__content\">\n<p>Une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et vari\u00e9e est particuli\u00e8rement importante pour les seniors. En plus des huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, les produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers, les pommes de terre ou les l\u00e9gumineuses ainsi que les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes plusieurs fois par jour en font \u00e9galement partie. Les seniors devraient aussi manger r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement: il est recommand\u00e9 de prendre au moins trois repas par jour.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons dress\u00e9 une liste de dix aliments particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s aux seniors, pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res et permettant de varier les menus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les flocons d\u2019avoine:<\/strong> en plus de leur fonction de fibres alimentaires, les flocons d\u2019avoine ont \u00e9galement un effet tr\u00e8s positif sur le taux de cholest\u00e9rol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les \u0153ufs<\/strong>: avec seulement 75 calories par portion, les \u0153ufs contiennent 13 vitamines et min\u00e9raux essentiels. La vitamine D en fait partie, ce qui est important pour l\u2019absorption du calcium afin de renforcer les os. Le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf contient en plus de la lut\u00e9ine et de la z\u00e9axanthine, qui r\u00e9duisent le risque de maladies oculaires telles que la cataracte.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le yaourt<\/strong>: avec une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en calcium, le yaourt aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les pommes<\/strong>: elles fournissent de pr\u00e9cieuses vitamines et offrent encore d\u2019autres avantages. Leur pectine apporte de l\u2019acide galacturonique au corps, ce qui r\u00e9duit le besoin d\u2019insuline et peut \u00eatre utile en cas de diab\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le poisson<\/strong>: le bar bleu, le saumon, la sardine, la truite sont riches en prot\u00e9ines. Consommer un peu de poisson plus gras deux fois par semaine peut am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 cardiaque. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le poulet<\/strong>: la volaille est une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines contenant moins de graisses que la plupart des autres viandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le brocoli<\/strong>: il contient une multitude de nutriments essentiels tels que les vitamines K, C, E, B, ainsi que du calcium et du fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le riz<\/strong>: il a une faible teneur en sodium et contient du potassium et des vitamines, notamment B1 et B3. Il convient aussi particuli\u00e8rement aux personnes intol\u00e9rantes au gluten.
