Cela vaut \u00e9galement pour les seniors. Mais quelle est au juste la dose hebdomadaire d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique ou de sport pr\u00e9conis\u00e9e pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es?  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour les plus de 65 ans en bonne sant\u00e9, les recommandations sont les m\u00eames que pour les adultes en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral: au moins 150 minutes de sport d\u2019intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e ou 75 minutes de sport d\u2019intensit\u00e9 soutenue chaque semaine. Doubler cette dur\u00e9e est encore mieux. Il est conseill\u00e9 de travailler les grands groupes de muscles au moins deux jours par semaine.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les personnes dont la mobilit\u00e9 est r\u00e9duite devraient effectuer une activit\u00e9 cibl\u00e9e au moins trois jours par semaine, afin de maintenir leur \u00e9quilibre et de pr\u00e9venir les chutes. En pr\u00e9sence d\u2019autres probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 contre-indiquant la pratique de sport, les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es devraient \u00eatre aussi actives physiquement \u00abque leurs capacit\u00e9s et leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 le leur permettent\u00bb, selon l\u2019OMS. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les types d\u2019activit\u00e9s physiques adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 cette tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge sont entre autres les t\u00e2ches m\u00e9nag\u00e8res, la marche, la randonn\u00e9e, le v\u00e9lo, les sports d\u2019\u00e9quipe ou les exercices en salle de sport. Ces activit\u00e9s permettent de renforcer le c\u0153ur, les poumons et les muscles et de maintenir une bonne sant\u00e9 osseuse. Elles r\u00e9duisent \u00e9galement le risque de maladies non infectieuses et de d\u00e9pression.
